The cost of an inspection is $75 for a slab home and $100 for a pier and beam home. However, if we do find termites and you elect us to do the treatment the cost of the inspection will be applied to the cost of treatment. There are several options of treatment available from a spot treatment to a full treatment. We will gladly sit down and go over all your options with you and let you pick the plan that is best for you.

We also do pre-treatments for new homes. Again there are a few options available. We can do a full ground treatment, a full wood treatment, set up bait stations, or any combination of. In this area a pre-treatment is a great benefit to your investment.
